Police make arrest in major jewelry store theft case
TRUMBULL, CT (WFSB) - Police arrested a man for his part in a “smash and grab” jewelry heist at Kay’s in the Trumbull mall. The man was identified as Javon Thorbourne, 30, from Bridgeport. Police said Thorbourne was one of the three masked thieves who broke into the glass display cases at Kay’s on April 17.
