This is a new house built in the summer of 2016. The home is equidistant from Downtown Bar Harbor , SW Harbor and Ellsworth- About 8 miles. This location is near everything which includes Biking, Hiking, Walking, Swimming, Relaxing, Sightseeing, Birding , Golfing and more. You are virtually in the National Park and so nice that the park has Free Shuttle Service in the summer around the entire Island. You can take a Ferry to Schoodic Penisula, Cranberry Islands and more. . The home is in a small association with 5 other neighbors. Each Home has their own parking.
